    I have a problem now that i can lay in bed for 20 min then i must seat for 20 min then i have to walk for 20 ....if i do one thing for too long my leg starts to hurt hard. I have back problem pof 15 years but this time is difrent so i dont have back pain just extreme leg pain

    This is what is also called Anterior Pelvic Tilt or ATP right? I unfortunately have it, will try to exercise to correct it. Doing pilates 3 times a week but also want to do a routine at home. Do you also recommend the modified plank without your legs touching the ground like in Jeremy Etheir's video? I was thinking doing this routine + that maybe. I don't have the equipment to really do the hip thrust exercise that Jeremy was showing. Thank you very much in advance!

    Shoulder became really, really sore and the pain was very acute before my last superset of straight arm pushdowns and standing cable flyers. Took a day off, just rested. Searched should pain, watched two other of your videos before watching this one. Even after just one circuit through this video it feels so much better! Thanks for the no-BS, clearly explained video.
